Patient Admission Procedure:
After referring to the radiotherapy department, the patient must first apply for admission. For the sake of well-being, the beloved patients of all health services in this section will be done by appointment. In order to establish a radiotherapy case, the following patients should be accompanied by the following documents:
1-A letter from the physician regarding the need for radiotherapy
2-Patient Insurance Notebook
3. Copy of pathology, description of operation, bone scan and …
4. Radiography, ultrasound, and other related medical records
After receiving the above documents and registering in the registration system, the patient is sent to the unit to perform a CT scan.
